Lanre is a corporate finance, transactions services and business strategy professional with extensive experience serving corporations on business strategy, financial analysis/modelling, business valuation, financial due diligence, business planning, feasibility studies, process automation and capacity-building.
He worked for 8 years with Arthur Andersen and KPMG in Nigeria; where he completed local and cross-border engagements in investment appraisal, business valuation, tax advisory, M&A and buyouts for various clients.
Lanre leads Wizer Group, which he founded in 2006, specialising in financial advisory, business consulting, technology and capacilty-building services.
He is a high-profile resource person for capacity-building services to investment banks, PE firms, professional service firms, Telcos, DFIs, etc.
Lanre is a member of the Board of Directors of the Nigerian Economic Summit group. He is also a co-founder and Director of Beyond Credit, and organisation that provides much-needed micro loans to micro-enterprises.
